Terms of Service

Services may include research guidance, literature support, statistical support, manuscript development or editing, language polishing, formatting, referencing, journal selection, submission assistance and responses to reviewer comments. The exact deliverables, timetable, price and revision scope are those confirmed in writing for each project.

Our work is provided for legitimate research, learning, editorial and publication-support purposes. You remain responsible for understanding, reviewing and appropriately using all delivered material, complying with your institution, funder and journal rules, and making all required authorship, assistance and AI disclosures.

You must not use the service for impersonation, fabricated research, falsified data, undisclosed cheating or any unlawful or unethical purpose.

You must provide accurate instructions, complete and lawful source materials, required approvals, realistic deadlines and timely feedback. You confirm that you own the materials you provide or have permission to use and share them, and that they do not violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright or other rights.

Eligible projects may be covered by our 98% Success Guarantee. Coverage applies only when it is expressly included in the written quotation or project confirmation, which will define the covered service, the agreed success result and any required cooperation, revision or resubmission steps.

A journal, institution, supervisor or editor remains an independent third party whose decision we cannot control. The guarantee is our contractual service and refund commitment; it is not a representation that we control a third-party decision.

Fees and payment timing are confirmed before work begins. Work may be paused until payment is received. Requests outside the agreed scope—including new data, a changed topic, extra word count, a different journal or additional revision rounds—may require a revised fee and schedule.

If a project covered by the 98% Success Guarantee does not achieve the success result defined in writing, we will refund the covered service fee after the agreed correction, revision or resubmission process has been completed. Unless the written confirmation states otherwise, third-party charges, journal fees, payment-processing fees and other non-recoverable external costs are not included.

The guarantee does not apply where the client changes the topic, scope or target without agreement; submits altered or incomplete work; withholds material information; misses deadlines; declines required revisions; provides inaccurate, unlawful or fabricated materials; withdraws the project; violates academic or publication rules; or otherwise prevents completion of the agreed process.

Other cancellations and refund requests depend on the written project agreement, work already completed, committed specialist time and non-recoverable costs.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed timelines. Delays caused by late materials, changed instructions, delayed feedback, third-party systems, reviewer or journal actions, events outside reasonable control, or requested additions may move the delivery date.

You retain rights in original materials you provide. After full payment, you may use the final deliverables for the agreed lawful purpose. Third-party publications, software, datasets, templates and other licensed materials remain subject to their own terms. We retain our pre-existing methods, know-how and tools.

This website may link to WhatsApp, redirect services, payment providers, journals and other third parties. We do not control their availability, security, policies or decisions and are not responsible for their independent services.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided with reasonable care but without warranties regarding third-party outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or decisions made by institutions or journals. Our total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

We may refuse, pause or end a service where instructions are unlawful, unethical, abusive, misleading, technically unsafe, outside the agreed scope, or where payment obligations are not met. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. The written project agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms. Applicable law and dispute arrangements may be stated in that agreement or invoice.
